The Closing of 2016

Dear Kezia,

It has been a fruitful year, 2016. I have seen how you have blossomed - from a gal that found it tough mixing with new friends to one who is really a great friend to many.

Sure, there will always be somewhere where it is works in progress, but, all told, the whole is worth much more than the parts that make up of it. This is where you are special, and precious. God has blessed you with a great mind, brilliance in reasoning and a big heart with great capacity for love and caring. Throw in God's favour into the mix, and favour of all around you, plus an increase in wisdom and stature (Luke 2:52) and you have a winner.

What remains to polish up is discipline and sense of ownership of things that matter and all that pertains to the fruit of the Spirit - Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control. No law can be against these. (Gal 5:22,23)

For the start of the NEW YEAR, I release GOD's supreme favour upon you, that you will find great favour from HIM, and with fellow human beings and increase in wisdom and stature.

May the LORD always cast His loving eyes upon you and keep you safe in His shadow, May HE always empower you to greater heights of excellence and closeness to Him.

Above all, that you will always turn your eyes upon Jesus and worship Him with all your heart, mind and soul.
